Refund Policy – Swappay

Swappay is committed to providing reliable and high-quality digital payment services. We strive to ensure user satisfaction at all times. However, if you are not satisfied with any service availed through our platform, the following refund policy shall apply:

1. Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow 4–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Certain transactions, including successfully completed recharges, bill payments, or services already rendered, may not be eligible for refunds unless mandated by applicable laws or regulatory guidelines.

Raj Enterprise, a proprietorship firm, having its registered office at FIRST FLOOR, A/105/1, KANDAR CO-OP HOU SOC.
